- Thurs - 9:15am (Childcare)
- Fri - 6:15am, 9:15am, 6pm
2. Kids Camp Reg is open! 6- 2hour classes (10:15-12:15) over Christmas Break. They need and so do you. $60 for both weeks. See Jeff or Jamie.
3. Today exposed a lot of people's weaknesses. What you want to remember on days like this is to scale correctly and work efficiently (smart and quick). When form starts to break down and range of motion decreases you probably missed on scaling.
