WOD Wednesday 1/20/16

1. We will have plenty of modifications ready for you on this WOD, so no excuses.  Lets get to the Box and make it happen.

2. We have several athletes (corrected form last night) competing on both Saturday and Sunday. If you want to go and support them, get with any coach for details.
