1. Remember we have our first Goal Setting meeting at 6:30pm on Wednesday (1/6/16).  Meet upstairs.  If you are serious or curious about 2016, come out and spend a few minutes getting a plan together.

2. We also have yoga this Saturday 1/9/16 at 10am.  This is free and part of your membership.  Bring a friend and lets get take our our bodies.  We beat on them and abuse them enough.
