WOD 12/27/16

1. Better late the never.

2. Schedule is normal for the rest of the week.  As this year come to an end, we are all going to have thoughts of Reflection, Evaluation and Goal Setting during the next week or two. Unfortunately, nothing or no one stays the same. We are either moving forward or backward.  We all want to be moving forward.
