WOD Tues 4/12/15

1. Great work on your Cleans today!  We has a lot of people show up PR. If you struggled today, we have a Lifting Clinic on Saturday with Jamie.  These clinic will help learn how to get better at the more complex lifts. Starts at 10am.

2. Sufferfest is coming up on May 7th.  There is still time to register and if you want to help volunteer, they can always use the help. This is team competition and close to home.
