1. Saturday 9am Class and then 10am Kipping Clinic. If you struggle with kipping pull ups, toes to bar, muscle ups, handstand push ups, then you need to be at class.
2. Sunday 4pm Goal Setting Clinic. If you struggle with eating, fat loss, eating healthy, making to the gym consistently, then you need to be at Unite at 4pm.
