1. Thursday is the day of the NASCAR Hauler Parade and Concert on Union St. The street will be closed from 5pm-9pm. Parking will be an issue, but we will be at the box on a regular schedule.
2. Saturday at 10am there will another lifting clinic. Come and learn and lift. We all need it..
