WOD Fri 5/20/16

1. There is a Murph Heat Schedule sheet at the WOD board.  If you plan on doing Murph, you will need to put your name on the sheet.  We plan on having 60-80 people doing the workout between the 2 boxes so we nee to be organized to make sure everyone has room to work.

2. Olympic Lifting Clinic this Saturday at 10am.  Come to the 9am class and stay after to improve your game.

3. The CrossFit Regionals crank back up Friday.  You can watch live on Youtube. Search CrossFit Games.
