1. We are doing Regional WOD #4 from the 2016 CrossFit Regionals. These workouts are tough and test your fortitude. Remember we can scale to any skill and ability. So bring your "A" Game and see what you are made of.
2. I have noticed that several of you have been volunteering for different summer camps this summer. I think that is awesome and glad to know that our people are giving back. Keep up the good work.
