Nutrition Programing starting up again on Tuesday 9/6/16.  We are having great results from everyone who take the program serious.  This is no t a 30 day challenge or an 4 week cleanse.  This is a program you can continue to refine  for life.  Just ask some of the people you see at the box that look like their losing weight.
