WOD Wed 8/31/16

1. Last day of August!!!! I for one can not wait for some cooler weather and some FOOTBALL!!! But i digress, it's the time of year to get our bodies and minds on the same page working toward the goal of health, fitness and performance. And to look good naked if we are honest.

2. We have 5 spots left for the Nutrition Start Up Program starting on Sept. 6th.  Get with Jeff or talk to one of the 40 people that are already involved if you want to no more about it.  No excuses.

3. Just 4 1/2 weeks until the Masters and 5 1/2 weeks until the Beatdown. We really hope that you get a chance to be involved in one or both of these awesome events for Unite. Get with one of the coaches to find out how you can be a part of either or both of them.
