1. Guess who came back today????? If you had trouble guessing from the pictures, our miracle woman is back working out after her victorious bout with a brain aneurism. She killed it and i can't to see her have a full recovery.  For those that don't know Sande, she had a brain aneurism a few months ago, spent 3 weeks in the hospital and is a bad ass when comes to CrossFit. Glad to have you back Sande!!!

2. Remember there are no evening classes on Friday, but you can get a workout by helping us set up for the Masters on Saturday and have beer with us upon completion.
