Death by EMOM, For Time:
Min1 - 5 Burpees, add 1 rep each round
Min2 - 10 Slam Balls, add 2 reps each round
*Once you can't complete the given work in 1 minute start going back down to 5 Burpees, 10 Slam Balls, then your workout is done!
