DB Thruster Breathing Ladder from 1 to 10 and then back to 1,
this practice is used to teach you how to breath through your reps for pacing purposes. 

1 Thruster, one breath
2 Thrusters, two breaths
3 Thrusters, three breaths…
and so on
*3 Burpees every time you set DBs down
